Estimates & Pricing

Initial on-site assessments in our service area are provided at no cost. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on hidden damage discovered during work, with any changes documented and approved in writing before additional work begins.

Insurance Claims

We work directly with insurance carriers on covered losses. However, we cannot guarantee that your claim will be approved or that specific line items will be paid. You remain responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by insurance.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service contract. For insurance-covered work, we typically bill your carrier directly. Deductibles are payable upon completion of work. For non-insurance work, terms are specified in your estimate.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on labor for the period specified in your contract. Material warranties pass through from manufacturers. Warranty does not cover damage from subsequent events, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions disclosed in our scope.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
